Our Answer to the Charltons
On December 13, 2004, the Caprine Ridge Homeowners Association filed a second set of restrictions and covenants. At that time all other restrictions and covenants became null and void. Anyone who did not join the homeowners association, therefore is not subject to any restrictions and covenants. Anyone who bought property on Caprine Ridge Road from a non-member of the CRRHA is likewise free of all restrictions and covenants. While we are grateful to the CRRHA, no dues, gifts, rewards, pensions, or other handouts will be forthcoming.
Sorry, that's how Missouri law works!
We think the association may have outsmarted itself!
